📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting training sessions on advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint features.
• Creating and updating training materials, including manuals, templates, and tutorials.
• Providing one-on-one and group training to employees.
• Assessing employees' proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of the team.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate Microsoft Office training into their workflows.
• Staying updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Office.
• Providing feedback and support to employees to improve their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Office trainer or instructor, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Expertise in advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint features.
• Certifications in Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist) are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of educational psychology and adult learning principles.
