📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Manage cash and credit card transactions,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Perform other related duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
