📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and nurture client relationships from initial contact to post-sale support
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track client interactions and manage customer data
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to deliver tailored printing solutions
• Identify and address client concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Conduct regular client feedback sessions to improve our services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new printing technologies
• Assist in the development and implementation of client satisfaction strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management
• Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot for customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of the commercial printing industry and its challenges
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
