📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the workspace's dining area, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with the HSBC team to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor dining experiences accordingly.
• Manage the workspace's kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering consistently excellent food and beverage service.
• Innovate and create memorable dining experiences that reflect the vibrant spirit of Bali.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Monitor and analyze dining area performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the workspace management team to ensure seamless integration of dining services with other workspace offerings.
• Represent the workspace at local events and networking opportunities, showcasing the exceptional dining experience offered.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or corporate service industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with corporate dining protocols and standards, as well as a passion for creating unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure the smooth operation of the dining area.
• Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant hospitality certifications.
