PT Sinergi Giri is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle scheduling and usage, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle inspection requirements.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support and assistance to drivers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
