Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and implement measures to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
