As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.,Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
