📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor production output and quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Work with the production team to improve production processes and implement new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production plans.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work both on-site and remotely.
