In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audit processes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions taken.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
