SHIFT Pratama is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products,Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and analysis,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices
