Smart Royal Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.,Perform and supervise a wide range of laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment calibration.,Proven experience in quality assurance and process improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
