📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Manage the procurement process from request to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
