📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and other written materials between Indonesian and Mandarin with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all communication materials are translated and adapted for the target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances to provide the most accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Review and edit translations to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of translation strategies for Mosaic Solusi Indonesia's international projects.
• Provide feedback on translation projects and suggest improvements to enhance the quality of translations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 6 or equivalent).
• Proficient in Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in a business or technical context.
• Experience with translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in both Indonesian and Chinese contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
