📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for new and existing cinemas.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cinemas' infrastructure.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on cinema or entertainment venues.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid professional engineering license.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
