📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customers.,Maintain and operate coffee and tea equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in stock management and inventory control of coffee and tea supplies.,Train and mentor new baristas on coffee and tea preparation techniques.,Ensure a clean and organized workstation and café area.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and tea preparation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the café's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role.,Proven expertise in coffee and tea preparation and brewing methods.,Knowledge of coffee and tea equipment and their maintenance.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customer preferences is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee and tea trends.,Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
