📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.,Source and attract potential candidates through networking, recruitment agencies, and other channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and labor laws.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
