📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring practices.
  • Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
