📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Develop and implement menu plans that meet company standards and customer preferences,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients,Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of food quality,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations,Handle customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools,Familiarity with menu planning and cost control,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
