Sea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Merger & Acquisition to join our team in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting due diligence on potential targets and acquiring companies to ensure they meet Sea Limited's standards and strategic objectives.,Preparing and presenting comprehensive M&A reports and proposals to senior management.,Assisting in the negotiation and structuring of M&A transactions, including valuation, financing, and integration planning.,Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including potential targets, acquiring companies, and financial institutions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of Sea Limited's M&A strategy and policy.,Providing support to the M&A team in the execution of transactions and the management of post-merger integration activities.,Monitoring the performance of acquired companies and providing recommendations for improvement.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the M&A field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in M&A activities, preferably in the Indonesian market.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with M&A software and tools, such as DealPoint, Bloomberg, or FactSet.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to M&A activities.,A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to work.
