📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
