HTC Global Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven decision-making processes.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using Grafana, Kafka, and SQL.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Implement data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Grafana, Kafka, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
