📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a multinational or large-scale corporate environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage.
