Develop and implement guest experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest experience team to ensure high standards of service.,Train and mentor frontline staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.,Monitor guest feedback and make data-driven improvements to service offerings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Represent the company at events and functions to promote our brand and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience management or a similar role.,Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local culture and customs in Bali is a plus.
