📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our students.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.,Collaborate with other instructors and trainers to develop and implement training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and programs.,Provide excellent customer service to students and ensure their satisfaction with the training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles, practices, and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Ability to travel for training purposes, if required.
