📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff in logistics operations and best practices.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
