📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the restaurant is profitable.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant's needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,A strong understanding of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,A good understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, but not essential.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
