📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on the candidate's qualifications and fit with the company culture.,Maintain a strong relationship with job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms to source candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both the company and the candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
