📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical documentation queries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes is a plus.
