📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Work closely with the procurement team to optimize inventory management.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience with third-party logistics providers is a plus.
