📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial reports to the executive team.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead the tax planning and compliance activities, minimizing tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and internal controls.
Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and tax functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software.
