As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will use tools like CRM systems, project management software, and industry-specific software to streamline your processes and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate large-scale interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the interior fit-out industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and project management software.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
