📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assembling and erecting building structures using concrete, steel, and other materials.
• Operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as cranes, bulldozers, and excavators.
• Assisting with the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of construction materials to the site.
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to project planning and execution.
• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment and tools.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction work or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license for operating construction vehicles.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
