📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Process membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations using the academy's management system.
• Provide information about classes, schedules, and facilities to members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth member experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown for member events and workshops.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and fitness academy management software.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
