📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular field audits at Shawarma Shack locations in Bali to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions to address any non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and monitor corrective actions.
• Utilize audit tools and software such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Forms to streamline the audit process and generate reports.
• Ensure that all audit findings are reported to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our audit processes and standards.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field auditing, food safety, or a similar role.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using audit tools and software such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Forms.
• Familiarity with food service industry regulations and standards.
