Based in Jakarta Selatan, you will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement financial policies, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial reports to the executive team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the tax planning and compliance activities, minimizing tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and tax functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software.
