📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of human capital policies, procedures, and best practices within the designated territory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human capital management or a related field.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
