📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in legal research and analysis to support the Legal Department.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to the management team on various business matters.
- Maintain and update legal databases and records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal reports.
- Support the Legal Department in managing legal risks and mitigating potential liabilities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Experience in the culinary industry is a plus.
