📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the ATM network, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Optimize ATM operations to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and manage ATM software solutions, such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
• Monitor and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of ATM operators and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ATM operations management.
• Proven experience with ATM software solutions, such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and banking operations.
• Certification in ATM operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
