📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure the coffee shop is stocked with fresh coffee beans and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks.
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid food handling certification (preferred but not required).
