📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the ATM network, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Optimize ATM operations to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Implement and manage ATM software solutions, such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
- Monitor and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of ATM operators and technicians.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ATM operations management.
- Proven experience with ATM software solutions, such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
- Strong knowledge of financial services and banking operations.
- Certification in ATM operations or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
